Shipping policy

At Aethos, we’re committed to delivering your skincare essentials quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

2. Shipping 

We currently ship across India in 3–7 business days (depending on location)

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to hello@aethosforever.com.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, contact us within 48 hours at hello@aethosforever.com. and our team shall assist you in the best way possible.

  • If your order is delayed due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will coordinate re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
