Refund policy

At Aethos, we take pride in crafting premium skincare products for men. Your satisfaction is important to us, but due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.

Please read our policy below carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns on:

Used or opened skincare products
Items not in their original, sealed condition
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

We only accept returns if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is provided

2. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at hello@aethosforever.com with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund as applicable.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued:

For eligible return cases (as mentioned above)
If your order is cancelled before dispatch
In case of failed delivery where the product is returned to us unused

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, they are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund unless the issue meets return criteria mentioned above.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. For eligible cases, please refer to the return steps above.

6. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

Opened or used products
Trial kits, sample packs, or promotional items
Gift cards
